The pillow is 18"x18", or 14"x20". The front of the pillowcase is made out of a mix of Wool and Hemp. It's woven with dark blue and beige color. The back is made of cotton. Zipper at the bottom of the pillow to easily take out the insert and wash the pillowcase.
 
The front is made of wool and hemp, so only hand wash/wool program is recommended to prevent shrinking.
Insert is not included.
The pillowcase itself is intentionally slightly smaller than the listed size. You can use an insert with the listed size and it will fill up the pillowcase nicely.
